We are seeking a passionate and dedicated teaching assistant to join our friendly team at Teaching Personnel, providing 1:1 support to a child with behavioural needs within a primary setting. Key responsibilities:

Provide consistent 1:1 support to a child with behavioural needs.
Help create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
Is patient, proactive and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively.
Closely follow the school's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Experience working with children in a primary setting is desirable, but not essential.
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
DBS Enhanced Child only on the update service or willing to undergo a new check.
Willingness to complete relevant safeguarding training.
