Counselling Lecturer

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a further education setting based in Cardiff, which is looking to appoint an experienced Counselling Lecturer. The setting is committed to providing learners with high-quality education and creating a supportive environment in which they can develop their knowledge and practical skills.

The setting is looking to take on a Counselling Lecturer on a part-time basis with an immediate start. The successful Counselling Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging counselling sessions, supporting learners throughout their studies and ensuring teaching meets the requirements of the relevant counselling qualifications.

The successful Counselling Lecturer will have:

• CPCAB qualifications, essential with no exceptions
• A recognised teaching qualification, essential with no exceptions
• Experience teaching or delivering counselling qualifications
• Strong knowledge of counselling practice and principles
• Excellent communication and learner engagement skills
• A professional and supportive approach to teaching
