This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and adaptable teacher who can build positive relationships, establish clear boundaries and engage learners of mixed abilities.

The successful candidate will primarily be working with lower ability classes and pupils who can present challenging behaviour, so strong behaviour management skills are essential for success in this role.

• Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Support learners with a wide range of abilities, ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum.
• Manage behaviour effectively and create a positive, structured learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with students to improve engagement, attendance and progress.
• Work closely with pastoral and leadership teams to support student development.
• Full-time, long-term opportunity with an immediate start.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
• Confident teaching Biology, Chemistry and General Science.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Able to engage and motivate learners who may be disengaged from education.
• Resilient, patient and passionate about making a difference to young people's outcomes.
