Do you enjoy working with children and helping to create a safe, happy, and positive school environment? We are seeking a caring and reliable Midday Supervisor to join our team and play an important role in ensuring that lunchtime is a safe, enjoyable, and well-organised experience for all pupils.

You will be a responsible, enthusiastic, and approachable individual who enjoys interacting with children and creating positive relationships. You will have excellent communication skills, a calm and patient manner, and the ability to encourage good behaviour while supporting pupils' health, safety, and wellbeing. You will be a team player who can adapt to different situations and is committed to maintaining a nurturing and inclusive environment.

First aid training would be advantageous, although full training can be provided for the right candidate.

As a Midday Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, both in dining areas and around the school site. You will help promote positive behaviour, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, support the smooth operation of meal services, and respond appropriately to incidents or concerns. This rewarding role provides an opportunity to make a real difference to children's daily school experience and contribute to a positive and enjoyable lunchtime environment.
