Teacher Active specialises in placing qualified Secondary Teachers with QTS into flexible, day-to-day assignments across mainstream secondary schools in Cardiff and neighbouring areas. Our strong partnerships with local schools provide regular opportunities in supportive environments that prioritise outstanding teaching and learning.

We are seeking a General Secondary Teacher to commence in September 2027. This role involves covering both planned and unexpected staff absences across multiple subjects. It is ideal for educators who thrive on variety, quickly build positive relationships with students and colleagues, and confidently deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining excellent classroom management.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in UK mainstream secondary schools
• Outstanding classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and school environments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
