Whether you're an experienced teacher wanting your evenings back or an NQT looking to build experience in different schools, you choose the days you work and leave the planning behind at 3:30 pm.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering pre-set lesson plans effectively to engage students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
- Managing classroom behaviour confidently, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Creating an inclusive, motivating atmosphere for teenagers.
- Adapting quickly to different school routines, policies, and digital learning platforms.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or be willing to register.
- Demonstrate strong classroom presence, excellent communication skills, and confidence in managing secondary learners.
- Possess an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to process one.
- Have a proactive, adaptable attitude suited to various school environments.
- Competitive daily pay of £173.00.
- Set your own schedule—work 1, 2, or 3 days per week, or more.
- Enjoy hassle-free teaching with no planning or marking after hours.
- Work with a dedicated Cardiff-based consultant who have experience in education to support you.
