Ingeus UK is seeking a Youth Employability Trainer to deliver practical, engaging sessions across Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton. This site-and-community based role starts from £31,000 per annum plus a benefits package.
You will connect with young people, tailor delivery to diverse learning styles, and work with Employment Advisors to align training with each young person’s action plan. Travel across the regional footprint and a full UK driving licence are desirable.
