Aspire People are recruiting enthusiastic and committed Secondary School Teachers to work across secondary schools in Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across your specialist subject
- Support pupils' progress and development across the secondary curriculum
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities
- Assess learning and provide constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil achievement
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience teaching within a secondary school
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Ability to motivate and engage pupils
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Enhanced DBS for Children on the DBS Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- EWC registration, or willingness to register
