We are working with a highly regarded Welsh-medium primary school in North Cardiff that is seeking an enthusiastic teacher to join their team from January until July 2027
, with the possibility of securing a longer-term or permanent contract for the right candidate.
- Full-time teaching position within Key Stage 2
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons through the medium of Welsh
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with a supportive leadership team and staff
- Monitor and assess pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes
- Fluent Welsh speaker (essential)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality education through the medium of Welsh
- Commitment to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
