Email Marketing Expert

TK Web Hosts is hiring an email marketing expert to plan, build and optimize email programs for the business and its clients: campaigns, automated sequences, segmentation, testing and reporting, run alongside a team that treats deliverability as a specialty.

• Hands-on experience with at least one major email platform, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo or Active Campaign.
• Campaigns and automations you built yourself that you can show or walk through.
• Working knowledge of segmentation, testing and email metrics.
• An understanding of what affects inbox placement and sender reputation.
• Excellent written English, including subject lines and email copy.

• Plan and build email campaigns and automated sequences from brief to send.
• Segment lists and personalize content so each message reaches the right people.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content and timing, and act on the results.
• Keep lists clean and follow sending best practice to protect sender reputation.
• Report on opens, clicks, conversions and revenue with clear recommendations.
• Work with the deliverability team on SPF, DKIM and DMARC when a sending domain needs it.

You are not expected to be a DNS engineer or a designer. Templates can come from a design system; the job is the strategy, build and results.

• Fully remote. There is no office to attend and no relocation.
• A full-time role, working agreed weekday hours.
• Two short team calls each weekday, at 09:00 and 15:30 UK time. Attending them is part of the role.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet place to work during agreed hours.

• Direct mentorship and regular feedback from senior leadership.
• Internal training, documentation and process playbooks from the first day.
• Training on the automation and AI-assisted workflows already in place. No prior experience with them is needed.

• Structured interview: A 30-minute video call. The same questions go to every candidate, scored on the answers and on work you can show.
• Practical stage: A role-specific task or role-play, plus a check that your connection and workstation hold up on a live call.
• Offer and review: A written offer, then a documented review at 30, 60 and 90 days.
