You will manage regional training coordinators, oversee onboarding progress, and ensure timely completion of learning paths while closely aligning with global T&O leadership.
In a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you’ll balance people leadership with hands-on training, update content, track metrics, and provide real-time support.
