Randstad is recruiting for a Freelance Sub Agent to work on rail civil works in South Wales for 6 months plus.
Responsibilities- Manage Section Engineers, Site Engineer and Subbies
- Plan, forecast and deliver work
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Develop programmes, risk assessments, and quality assurance
- Manage design, NCRs, RFIs, H&S, etc.
Rate: Inside IR35 £ 500‑£550 a day, depending on experience.
