Senior Electrical Engineers CARG

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the design and integration of EICA systems for water and wastewater treatment facilities, including MCCs, VSDs, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental engineers to deliver holistic solutions that meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical assurance across all project stages, from feasibility and optioneering through to commissioning and handover.
• Contribute to strategic planning and development of EICA capabilities within water and energy teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and assist with project planning and client engagement.

• Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or actively working towards it.
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes and associated EICA systems.
• Experience with energy systems such as renewables, battery storage, or hydrogen (desirable).
• Ability to produce cost-effective EICA designs and deliverables, including single-line diagrams, cable block diagrams, MCC layouts, and control specifications.
