A well-established private multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Cardiff is looking to recruit a Planner with around 1 year's professional experience to join their growing planning team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career planner to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects while working within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role
You will be involved in the delivery of planning services across a diverse portfolio of developments, including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes. Responsibilities will include:

· Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications

· Undertaking site appraisals and planning research

· Assisting with planning statements and supporting documentation

· Liaising with local authorities, clients and internal technical teams

· Monitoring planning applications and appeals
About You

· Approximately 1 year's experience in a planning role (public or private sector)

· A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline

· Working towards (or interest in) RTPI accreditation

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· A proactive and organised approach to work
