In this role you will ensure all engineering activity is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.

You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance across all contracts, as well as managing technical audits and training, and driving continual improvement in engineering.

THE ROLE:

* Maintaining compliance across all contracts, maintaining technical audits

* Ensuring all works meet quality standards and driving CI opportunities

* Training and mentoring engineers

* Act as a key contact between different stakeholders

* Office based in Cardiff with travel to customer locations as and when required THE PERSON:

* Hands-on engineering experience in Fire & Security

* Acted as Service Manager/Supervisor
