Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)

An established asbestos consultancy with over 30 years' industry experience is looking to recruit a Senior Asbestos Analyst to support a strong and consistent workload across South Wales. The business has built a solid reputation for technical standards, long-term client relationships, and looking after its staff properly.
This role offers excellent earning potential, autonomy on site, and long-term stability within a well-run, supportive operation.
What's on Offer
£30,000 - £36,000 base salary (DOE)
Regular overtime available (£3,900 - £5,760 per year)
Paid travel time for work outside a standard 40-hour week
(typically £3,000 - £4,000 per year)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Role
Carrying out the full range of asbestos analytical duties across varied site types
Undertaking air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance sampling, and four-stage clearances
Working closely with clients, site managers, and removal contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
Supporting survey teams with Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition Surveys when required
Completing bulk sampling and producing accurate, compliant documentation
Maintaining high technical standards and supporting regional growth
About You
BOHS P403 & P404 as a minimum (P402 desirable)
At least 2 years' hands-on experience working as an Asbestos Analyst
Strong working knowledge of HSG
248 and HSG
264
Confident working independently and managing your own workload
Clear communicator with the ability to produce accurate, well-written reports
Strong understanding of health & safety within asbestos works
Full UK driving licence
IT confident; experience with systems such as TEAMS beneficial (training available)
