Are you a motivated Civil Engineer with 1–2 years’ post-graduate experience looking to take the next step in your career? An established, award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy based in Cardiff is seeking a talented individual to join their growing civil and structural engineering team.

The Role
You will be joining a supportive and technically strong team, contributing to the delivery of infrastructure and civil engineering design projects from concept through to construction.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting in the design of drainage (SuDS and foul), highways, and external works
Preparing technical drawings, calculations, and reports
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and multidisciplinary teams
Supporting senior engineers with project coordination and delivery
Attending site visits and design meetings
About You
1–2 years’ experience within a UK consultancy environment
Experience in drainage and highway design
Working knowledge of industry software such as AutoCAD and relevant drainage packages (e.g. Micro Drainage/Causeway Flow)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ambition to work towards professional accreditation (ICE or similar)
