Your Remuneration Package:

Our client offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 based on your experience level. You will also receive access a to a company van for site visits, 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and a company pension scheme.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Estimator / Site Surveyor, your primary focus will be bridging the gap between design and installation. You will visit sites to carry out accurate surveys, recording precise dimensions for metal and glass systems. Back in the office, you will interpret technical drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates. This Estimator role requires you to price labour, materials, and installation costs accurately, ensuring all quotes are competitive yet profitable.

To succeed as an Estimator in this sector, you need experience reading drawings and a strong attention to detail. Background knowledge of glass balustrades, structural steel, or general architectural metalwork is highly desirable.
