• Supporting the maintenance and service of BMS systems for our customers.
• Travelling to various customer sites across the Southern Region.
• Working both remotely and face‑to‑face with clients.
• Communicating clearly with engineers, customers, and team members.
• Studying towards industry‑recognised BMS qualifications.

• A genuine interest in BMS or building technology is essential.
• Ideally, a background or interest in engineering, electrical, or heating systems

• A full UK driving licence

• Strong communication skills – this is a customer‑facing, remote‑working role.
• Willingness to travel across the region and undertake formal study and qualifications.
• A proactive attitude and desire to learn and grow.

• Salary dependent upon age and experience and in line with apprenticeship pay guidance.
• Company Car Scheme at end of year 3 of apprenticeship.
• BMSI is an employee‑owned company (EOT), which you would become part of after 12 months of service.
• A contributory pension scheme (the Company contributes 6% of your basic salary).
