As a Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality building structure projects for a wide range of clients. • Undertaking detailed design and structural analysis across a variety of building types within the property sector.
• Leading projects and overseeing the work of a dedicated design team.
• Providing guidance, mentoring, and technical direction to junior engineers and technicians.
• Regular communication with architects, contractors, and wider project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Liaising directly with clients and responding swiftly to technical queries.
• Attending site visits and meetings, contributing to technical reports and design reviews.
• Taking on increasing responsibility as you move toward higher‑level management roles within the business.

• RC‑framed multi‑storey buildings up to 35 floors (hotels, residential, student accommodation)
• Out‑of‑town retail developments across the UK

• Major hospital builds and extension programmes.

• A degree (or equivalent) in civil or structural engineering.
• Chartered status with ICE or IStruct

• Proven experience in building structures within a consultancy environment.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard software such as Tekla, Autodesk, and other analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of the design and construction process from concept stage through to site delivery.
