An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Structures, with appointments available at both Associate Director and Technical Director level depending on experience. This role offers the chance to lead major highways structures projects, grow and develop a talented team, and play a key role in delivering high-profile infrastructure schemes across the UK.

• Lead highways structures and bridge engineering projects
• Manage technical delivery across major infrastructure schemes
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Lead and mentor engineering teams
• Support business growth and framework opportunities
• Ensure high technical standards and project quality
• Provide leadership across bridge design, assessment and refurbishment projects

• Strong experience within highways structures or bridge engineering
• Experience leading teams and delivering infrastructure projects
• Good client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of UK highways standards and regulations
• Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional qualification
• Commercial awareness and leadership capability

• Associate Director salary up to £70,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
• Technical Director salary up to £80,000 dependent on experience and qualifications
