Senior Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)

£50.88 per hour (Umbrella)

Ceto Talent is recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support building services project delivery within a leading consultancy environment.
This role is suited to candidates who can work independently and contribute to live project delivery from early design through to site stages.

Key requirements:

* Degree in Building Services Engineering or similar
 
* Chartered or working towards (CIBSE / IMechE)
 
* Strong experience in mechanical building services design
 
* HVAC systems, calculations and specifications experience
 
* Familiar with tools such as IES, Hevacomp, NBS and Revit
 
* Consultancy or contractor background preferred
 
* Good knowledge of UK standards and regulations

Responsibilities include:

* Delivering mechanical design packages
 
* Producing calculations, specifications and drawings
 
* Supporting coordination with design teams
 
* Attending project and client meetings
 
* Conducting site visits and progress checks
 
* Managing workload to meet project deadlines
