Senior Civil Technician - Cardiff
Salary:
Circa £40,000.
We are seeking an experienced Civil Technician/Engineer to join a busy team of professionals in Cardiff, working primarily on residential schemes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, ideally with residential project background, and will take a lead role from concept through to construction.
Responsibilities- Design highways and drainage systems.
- Produce site levels.
- Prepare and manage Section 278, 38, 104 and 185 agreements.
- Model earthworks in 3D.
- 5+ years of experience in a civil engineering or technician role.
- Residential project experience.
- Strong leadership and project management skills from concept to construction.
- Competitive salary (circa £40,000).
