Due to our continued success in the Water and Civils sectors we are now seeking a number Commercial,Senior and Cost Management professionals, to join our contract and cost management team to support our continuing growth in the area. South Wales, midlands and Northwest England are driving a requirement for passionate Commercial Professionals who can provide Clients with experience led advice on how to deliver their multi-million pound capital programmes.
We are looking for people to bring a passion for commercial delivery and to work from our Bristol and Wales area office’s (based out of Cardiff) and who can support a vision for a better UK infrastructure.
You will be within our UK Infrastructure business working with a variety of clients on projects and initiatives, your ability and willingness to travel is important, we operate a flexible working policy, however a number of days in the client office and our own should be expected. We operate in this way to enhance your experience of the Turner & Townsend culture and collaborate with our clients.
Qualifications- Contract Management (NEC3, Option A,C & E preferred)
- Cost Management
- Change management and control
- Valuation
- Procurement
- Reporting
- Collaborative approach and best-for-project attitude
- Commission management
- Identifying and driving efficiencies and improvements through the project life cycle
- Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
- Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
- Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
