We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our Cardiff office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise across a diverse portfolio of projects while contributing to the continued growth of a well-established building services team.

The successful candidate will work on a variety of high-profile developments throughout South Wales and beyond, including student accommodation, education facilities, tall buildings, healthcare, emergency services, commercial, and public sector projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in delivering innovative, sustainable, and compliant electrical building services solutions.

• Work as part of a design team delivering calculations, technical reports, performance specifications, and detailed electrical design solutions.
• Develop compliant electrical systems designs using industry-standard CAD and BIM (Revit) software.
• Undertake design calculations to demonstrate compliance with client requirements, regulations, and project specifications.
• Carry out site surveys, inspections, defect assessments, and witness testing activities.
• Review construction design details and provide technical feedback and recommendations.
