WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Principal Quantity Surveyor to join our Cardiff Local Government team, delivering highways, bridges and infrastructure projects for Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend and Merthyr Tydfil. You will manage cost estimates, budgets and NEC contracts, liaise with clients and design teams, and drive procurement strategies while identifying value engineering opportunities.
