They are seeking an ambitious Senior Planner to join their growing team and work on a range of exciting planning projects.
The Role:- Managing planning applications and projects
- Preparing planning reports and assessments
- Advising clients on planning matters
- Liaising with stakeholders and local authorities
- Supporting junior team members
- MRTPI preferred (or working towards)
- Consultancy planning experience
- Strong knowledge of the Welsh planning system
- Excellent communication skills
- Career-driven and commercially aware
