Mor-tech Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly technical Design Manager to lead the envelope and façade package for a landmark arena project in Cardiff. You will manage the design from detailed stage through construction, coordinating with architects, structural engineers and envelope subcontractors to deliver a high-performance skin that meets thermal, acoustic and aesthetic standards.
The role requires CWCT knowledge, experience with rainscreen and curtain walling systems, and strong BIM
