An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Asset Manager to join a growing Technical Solutions business supporting a nationwide portfolio of FM contracts.

This is a newly created role offering plenty of autonomy, working across multiple client sites to manage asset data, lifecycle planning and contract mobilisation activities.

Managing and maintaining asset registers across multiple contracts

Producing lifecycle plans, condition surveys and performance reports

Supporting new contract mobilisations

Managing asset verification and compliance projects

Working with CAFM/EAM systems, including IBM Maximo Building strong relationships with operational teams and clients nationwide

What We're Looking For Mechanical or Electrical qualification (HNC/HND or equivalent preferred)

Experience with in Hard FM, Building Services or Technical Asset Management Strong understanding of PPM and asset lifecycle management

Experience with CAFM/EAM systems (IBM Maximo highly desirable)
Experience supporting mobilisations or technical projects

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
