• Design components to customer specs.
• Create models and drawings with CAD.
• Research new ideas and methods.
• Improve products and processes.
• Modify designs for requirements.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Find creative solutions.
• Support junior team members.
• Present designs to customers.
