We’re looking for a detail‑driven Protective Coatings Estimator / Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced technical environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and well‑structured work.

You’ll support our operations by preparing estimates, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, suppliers, and our internal teams. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for protective coatings, surface preparation, and related works
• Review specifications, drawings, and client requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, NORSOK, etc.)
• Produce and maintain project documentation, including method statements, QA/QC records, and material traceability
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and technical data
• Support project managers with scheduling, procurement, and progress reporting
• Maintain organised administrative systems to ensure smooth project delivery
• Assist with tender submissions, pre‑qualification documents, and client correspondence
• Ensure all work aligns with company procedures, safety requirements, and quality expectations
• Experience in protective coatings, industrial painting, or a related technical field
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Confidence working with technical documents, specifications, and data sheets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider operational team
