You will work within a rapidly growing automation business, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technology.

* Produce accurate 3D CAD models and 2D manufacturing drawings.
* Support concept development for bespoke machinery and robotic systems.
* Ensure designs consider CE / UKCA machinery requirements.
* Collaborate with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams.
* Apply design-for-manufacture principles across projects.
* Support the wider engineering team with occasional fitting or assembly work.
* Help ensure projects are delivered against agreed engineering milestones.## Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in automation, machinery, or manufacturing.
* Proven mechanical design experience.
* Strong Solid Works capability.
* Good understanding of tolerances, engineering principles, and design for manufacture.
* Willingness to contribute beyond pure design work when required.
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
* Experience specifying motors, drives, or actuators is desirable.
* Exposure to robotics or automation projects is desirable.##
