A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing business in Cardiff.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to join a busy, fast-paced environment with strong earning and development potential.

The position offers a starting salary of £42,000, with a structured salary banding system offering progression up to £50,000 per annum as you develop within the role.

Working on a 4 on 4 off Days & Nights shift pattern, you will become part of an experienced engineering team responsible for ensuring maximum machinery reliability and keeping downtime to a minimum.

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, attending machinery breakdowns, fault finding and supporting continuous improvement across the site.

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer
• Experience with in a manufacturing, production or industrial environment
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills
• Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and repair machinery breakdowns
• A recognised engineering qualification
• Experience working with automated production machinery would be advantageous
