A faith-based organization in Cardiff is looking for a Faith through Music Pioneer to use contemporary music to connect with young adults aged 18-30. The successful candidate will develop a volunteer Mission Team and lead music-based events to foster relationships and help individuals explore their faith. This role requires a passion for music and an inclusive approach to ministry, in line with the values of the Methodist Church.
