As a Casino Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating the smooth running of all gaming activities in the venue. Your leadership is vital for establishing a fair, professional, and engaging environment for guests and customers alike. Understanding the distinct gaming preferences and requirements of each visitor is at the core of your duties to ensure everyone has an incredible experience and absolutely loves the time they spend within the Casino.

This personalised approach ensures that every customer not only has their expectations met but exceeded, promoting an atmosphere of exclusivity and tailored service. Keeping the games clean and guests smiling is key in your role, ensuring everyone walks away with tales of an epic night out.

Note:

This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.

• Coordinate the smooth running of all gaming activities in the venue.
• Lead to establish a fair, professional, and engaging environment for guests and customers.
• Understand and respond to the distinct gaming preferences and requirements of visitors to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Maintain high standards of service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable time.
• Oversee game operations to optimise performance and profitability across the gaming floor.
• Foster open communication, encourage feedback, and lead with clarity and purpose.

• Casino Expertise: solid UK casino management experience and a deep understanding of all gaming activities—from slots to tables—and how to optimise them for performance and profitability.
• Licensed Leader: hold a valid Personal Management Licence (PML) and understand the responsibilities that come with it.
• Customer-First Mindset: ability to create a safe, exciting, and engaging environment that keeps players returning.
• Operational Excellence: focus on maximising performance across the gaming floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
