Card Room Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to lead poker operations at Grosvenor Casinos. In this role, you will oversee poker operations, support and guide dealers, and ensure every game runs smoothly, fairly, and in line with regulations.

• Oversee poker operations and card room activities.
• Support and guide dealers.
• Resolve disputes, maintain compliance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Solid background in poker or table games supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure.
• Attention to detail and passion for customer service.
• Valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL) and strong understanding of gaming compliance and procedures (preferred).

This role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
