Title – Area support officer

Pay Rate – £12.71

Location – Cardiff

Shift Timings – Must be available to work both day and night shifts, including weekends, and be willing to travel reasonable distances as required.

We are looking for reliable, professional and flexible Area Support Officers to join our team in Leeds.

Your main responsibilities may include:

Provide security support across various client premises and retail sites.

Carry out regular patrols and maintain a strong security presence.

Provide cover at different sites as required by the business.

Monitor access and egress and respond to incidents appropriately.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors and clients.

Complete accurate incident reports and follow
    
     ASCONE/SAFER
    
    procedures.

Respond confidently to emergencies and escalate issues when required.

Travel between sites and support other duties as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence.

Must be a driver with access to their own vehicle.

Must be willing to travel reasonable distances as required by the business.

Must be willing to work within retail environments.

Must be flexible and understand that they may also be assigned to other duties and contracts where required.

5-year checkable work/career history.

Physically fit to undertake given tasks.

Possess the ability to work under pressure.
