Mortgage & Protection Adviser Needed - OTE £60-80K+ Uncapped

Eden Hawk Financial Solutions are a Cardiff based Brokerage with over 37 years of experience in the mortgage & protection market, we are looking for an adviser who will work on a self‑employed basis and has a likeminded approach to building their business within our business.

It is likely that you are already a successful Mortgage and Protection adviser but are looking to have more control of your destiny and the support needed to build a meaningful and successful business.

At Eden Hawk Financial Solutions we have built a business to help you grow your business:

• We help advisers to build a successful and sustainable business. Social media, skills training, personal development, admin support etc.
• We provide tailored support and guidance that you want or need, but are careful not to unnecessarily interfere in the way in which you want to operate

Requirements:

• CeMAP or relevant Mortgage Qualification
• A positive attitude and excellent team communication
• Client‑orientated with high customer service skills and communication
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
• Minimum 2 years experience of delivering mortgage & protection advice
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional organisation skills
• A professional and ethical approach
• A good understanding of compliance and governance.
