• Manage and direct tax advisory projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Provide proficient advice on tax laws and regulations to clients.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
• Keep abreast of current developments in tax laws to provide accurate advice.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met.
• Contribute to the development of the tax department's strategic goals.
• Train and mentor junior staff members within the tax department.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

• Professional accreditation such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
• Proven experience in a tax advisory role within a UK-based accountancy firm.
• Excellent knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.

• A competitive salary ranging from £47,800 to £54,100 per annum.
