Responsibilities- Manage and direct tax advisory projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Provide proficient advice on tax laws and regulations to clients.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
- Keep abreast of current developments in tax laws to provide accurate advice.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met.
- Contribute to the development of the tax department's strategic goals.
- Train and mentor junior staff members within the tax department.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Professional accreditation such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
- Proven experience in a tax advisory role within a UK-based accountancy firm.
- Excellent knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities.
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
- A competitive salary ranging from £47,800 to £54,100 per annum.
