• Generating your own flow of cases through strong, trusted relationships with brokers and accountants.
• Speaking directly with clients to understand needs that shape the right capital‑raising solutions.
• Packaging and underwriting cases, assessing affordability, և ensuring accuracy, compliant documentation.

• Managing each case from an initial conversation through to completion as the single point of contact.
• Staying up to date withicken lender criteria and market changes to ensure the strongest client outcomes.
• Keeping on top of compliance requirements, CPD expectations and relevant training.

• Previous experience within financial or mortgage‑related environments OR an interesting in starting a new career build beginners V Lo.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence delivering advice.
• The ability to build effective working relationships with brokers, clients and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capability to prioritise a varied workload.

Working hours:

39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm.
