Personal Tax Senior Manager

We are seeking a Personal Tax Senior Manager to lead and manage tax compliance and advisory services for a Top-20 UK Practice. This role is based in Cardiff and requires expertise in personal tax advice and client engagement.

• Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of services.
• Provide expert advice on personal tax matters to clients and team members.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Review and oversee the preparation of personal tax returns and computations.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and provide tailored solutions to clients.
• Ensure adherence to current tax legislation and regulatory standards.
• Support and mentor team members to enhance their professional development.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and identify new opportunities for growth.

• A professional qualification such as ATT, CTA, or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance.
• Strong experience managing a portfolio of clients within the professional services industry.
• Proven ability to provide tax planning and advisory services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
• The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.

• Competitive salary ranging from £56,700 to £69,300 GBP per annum.
