Tax Manager, Corporate Finance
PSD Group are working in partnership with a leading professional services company, who are looking for an additional Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team.
The business has grown organically and this role will be to complement their team. The position focusses on demonstrating complex compliance & advisory services to the wider team, you'll be able to plug straight into their client portfolio. You'll deliver tax services and advice for their corporate clients.

For this Senior Tax Manager role, your key responsibilities will include:- Managing and driving the success of Corporate Tax engagements.
- Managing and meeting work deadlines, and proactively sharing tax saving strategies.
- Leading and maintaining clear communication with clients to manage their expectations, provide advice and lead any adhoc projects as they arise
- Consulting with clients on business processes such as corporate transactions, acquisitions, managing tax risks and dealing with HMRC enquiries.
- Assisting with the mentorship of the tax team through training and guidance.
- Participate in business development, especially growing existing ones.
- Demonstrating excellent team skills, positive attitude and high ethical standards.
- Be a successful Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager
- CTA & ATT / ACCA / ACA Qualifications.
- Proven client relationship experience, with the ability to provide advice with clarity
- Strong analytical skills with detail orientation & process management.
- Proficiency in tax software and technology.
- An estimated salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum - Depending on experience .
