Are you an experienced Property Finance Broker with a strong background in Bridging Finance and Buy-to-Let (BTL) mortgages? Our client, a fast-growing specialist lender based in Barry, is looking for a senior professional to join their team and drive business growth across the UK.

• Originate and manage Bridging Finance and BTL mortgage deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with introducers, brokers, and investors
• Structure deals in line with lender criteria and risk appetite
• Act as a senior advisor to clients, delivering expert guidance
• Contribute to the growth strategy of a dynamic specialist finance business

• Significant experience in Property Finance, specifically bridging and BTL
• Strong UK broker network and established client relationships
• Commercially aware, confident, and self-driven
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
