As the business scales into larger annual frameworks and increased monthly media movement, financial control and compliance are critical.
We are hiring a Finance Manager to take full ownership of cashflow, credit control and financial operations across the agency.
This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for protecting the financial stability of the business. You will manage credit control, payroll, VAT, supplier payments and forecasting while working directly with the CEO to ensure the agency scales with structure and discipline.
This role is about accountability, precision and financial leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage full credit control across the business
Actively manage aged debt and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
Lead structured and professional debtor conversations
Protect cashflow through disciplined forecasting and weekly reporting
Process payroll accurately and on time
Manage VAT and PAYE compliance
Oversee supplier payments and maintain strong ledger control
Maintain accurate financial records and reporting
Support cashflow forecasting and treasury management
Identify financial risks early and escalate appropriately
Maintain compliance standards across all financial activity
RequirementsProven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
Strong experience running payroll and managing VAT/PAYE compliance
Confident and professional in chasing outstanding payments
Commercially aware with a strong understanding of cashflow management
Highly organised, detail-focused and process-driven
Calm, structured and reliable under pressure
Comfortable working directly with senior leadership
Cardiff or South Wales based
Experience with in an agency or fast-paced SME environment preferred
