We’re looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join our Client Service Delivery team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance across a range of financial products, supporting both internal stakeholders and clients with high-quality reporting and data insights.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and high-profile area of the business, where accuracy, attention to detail and continuous improvement are highly valued. This role offers exposure to a broad regulatory landscape, including AIFMD, MMFR and UCITS, as well as the opportunity to work closely with teams across Operations, Front Office and Technology.
What you’ll be doing :- Executing periodic regulatory reporting processes in line with established procedures and compliance requirements
- Gathering and validating data from multiple internal teams, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Preparing and submitting regulatory filings, maintaining oversight throughout the reporting lifecycle
- Performing reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams and third-party providers to address reporting queries and improve data quality
- Monitoring reporting timelines and ensuring outputs are delivered accurately and in line with service level agreements
- Reviewing and updating processes, procedures and documentation to support continuous improvement
- Analysing regulatory updates and supporting the team in responding to changes in requirements
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Confident working with data, including experience using Excel and handling large datasets
- Ability to follow structured processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues - Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
- Previous experience in financial services or a regulated environment is beneficial
- Salary bracket to be included for EU only roles due to EU Pay Transparency Directive (excludes UK)
