Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Head of Function to lead a team of compliance specialists in Everyday Banking. The role requires 15+ years in financial services and 5+ years in senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk and regulatory compliance, and a strong ability to communicate complex regulatory issues simply to senior leaders.
This position offers a competitive salary, performance-related bonuses, a generous pension scheme, and 30 days holiday per annum.
