Accounts Assistant

A growing engineering company based in East Cardiff is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Supporting credit control and accounts payable functions
• Allocating cash and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with month-end processes
• Handling supplier and customer queries
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties

About You

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Comfortable working with finance systems and Excel
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
