A technically strong Private Business Tax Assistant Manager is required to join an award‑winning team in their Cardiff office in an advisory‑focused role.

The Private Business Tax Assistant Manager will take a lead on client advisory working with both UK and local markets across the central region. In this role typically you will work on:

• Restructuring
• Private client tax issues affecting entrepreneurs/owners of businesses
• Tax /due diligence
• Management buyouts
• International tax matters, particularly with firm expansions

• CTA, CA, or ACA part or fully qualified
• Ambitious and keen to progress in your career
