Investor Disclosure & Reporting Analyst
We’re looking for an Investor Disclosure & Reporting Analyst to join our Regulatory Reporting team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering accurate, timely and compliant investor disclosure documents across a range of funds. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high standards of data integrity, regulatory alignment and operational efficiency, while contributing to continuous improvement across reporting processes.
This role offers excellent exposure to regulatory frameworks and the chance to develop your expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing :- Supporting the end-to-end production and refresh of PRIIPs and UCITS KID and KIID documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Managing investor disclosure processes in line with defined policies and standard operating procedures
- Coordinating with external vendors on document production, filing and dissemination activities
- Supporting new product launches and fund amendments, ensuring documentation reflects all updates accurately
- Managing shared inbox queries, ensuring timely and effective responses to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring and maintaining process documentation, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements
- Investigating reporting exceptions and driving resolutions to prevent recurrence
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contributing to change initiatives and future operating models
- Experience in regulatory reporting, ideally including PRIIPs and UCITS disclosures
- Knowledge of KID and KIID production processes and associated data requirements
- Experience working with third‑party vendors within a financial services environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and working with large data sets
- Ability to follow structured processes while proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering a high level of service to stakeholders
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and develop industry knowledge
