Job Description

We’re looking for a Responsible Investment Reporting Analyst to join a specialist team within Client Service Delivery, supporting ESG and regulatory reporting across a broad range of investment products and clients. This is a strong opportunity for someone with financial services or reporting experience who’s interested in responsible investment and wants to build their career in a growing area.
What you’ll be doing- Managing the production and delivery of responsible investment and regulatory reports across requirements such as SFDR, TCFD and SDR
- Gathering, validating and reconciling data from a range of internal systems and external sources
- Supporting reporting across different investment structures including institutional and retail fund reporting
- Working closely with colleagues across Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations and Client teams
- Carrying out quality checks to maintain data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Investigating data or reporting issues and helping resolve them effectively
- Keeping up to date with regulatory developments and helping assess the impact on reporting obligations
- Contributing to improvements that make reporting processes stronger, more efficient and well controlled
- Experience in financial services, asset management, investment reporting or a regulatory reporting environment
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data
- Good understanding of asset management, fund structures or investment products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear, client‑focused approach
- A proactive and organised working style with strong attention to detail
- Interest in ESG, sustainability reporting or the wider regulatory landscape
- Experience of regulations such as SFDR, TCFD or SDR would be helpful
- Exposure to advanced Excel, Python or private markets reporting would be an advantage
